Terms and Conditions
- The promoter is: the Rockland Rock Band Camp whose registered office is at 7 Hoover Place, Stony Point, NY, 10980
- The promotion is open to residents of the United States under the age of 19 years or except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.
- By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Route to entry for the promotion and details of how to enter are via the Facebook Rockland Rock Band page and Instagram.
- One entry will be accepted per person. Additional entries are available for each referred qualified registrant.
- Closing date for entry will be May 1st 2016. After this date the no further entries to the promotion will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the promotion and how to enter are as follows: Entry into the drawing in done at www.rocklandrockbandcamp.comby submitting you email and filling out an application. The camp director will contact you via email or phone to arrange an evaluation appointment.
- The perspective camper has to meet minimum musical ability requirements as stated on the website to be eligible for the promotion and camp.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
- The prize is as follows: One free week at a summer session of the Rockland Rock Band Camp
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Rockland Rock Band Camp or its agents
- The winner will be notified by email and/or on Facebook or Instagram and/or letter within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promotor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by New York State law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: rockbandcamp@optimum.net
- Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Rockland Rock Band camp and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at http://www.RocklandRockBandCamp.com
- It is the Rockland Rock Band Camp’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
- Rockland Rock Band Camp shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
- Rockland Rock Band camp also reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
